Hey guys,
i'm 17 years old and currently weighing 164lbs and 5ft 7.5in and are probably in the larger side of the skinnny fat category, i have 60 days to really push myself to my best for my summer holiday body but have exams at the same time so can't do as much in the gym as i wish. I'm thinking of general compound weight lifting slotted in around 3 300 calorie HIIT sessions ( per week) and macros of 150g carbs 160g proteins and 30g fats, any advice would be greatly appreciated

Everyone has a different opinion about this, as long as your not severely overweight per pound of bodyweight is fine, if you stay between 50-70 grams of fat you should be good to go with your current weight (you can go over 70 if you want and lower carbs but its up to your preference, for me personally i prefer more carbs so for that reason my fats aren't extemely high)
