Post Help with tracking BW and caloric intake?

    Hello,

I've been clean bulking and recording my weight everyday in the morning after my business (steadily increasing), then all of a sudden my records changed drastically (was 61kg then dropped to 59.9kg over a week) and i've even increased my calories. The only changes recently was that the temperatures suddenly dropped and had been pretty cold these last few days.

    * I use a body analyzer scale 1 from vanity planet, could the sudden shift in temperature could have caused this? Also attached is my weigh-ins for the last 2 n half months, i have gained size but im not sure if i am doing this correctly over the last few weeks. My current calories are 2700, i workout about 80mins 5 days a week doing a PHAT routine, anyone with more expertise could comment on my records and suggest any changes?

    Thanks,
    RemyB679

lmao thought you meant body temp.

Other than some slight water retention, I wouldn't think that would be the culprit.

The weight change could be just normal water fluctuation that will resolve itself or the scale itself could be effected by the temperature change if it’s on a cold floor as compared when the scale is warmer. I wouldn’t worry about it. Look at longer term trend over the course of several weeks to minimize the effects of the day to day fluctuations in scale weight.
