    Grip assistance opinions

    I’ve been using a hook assist for years on back work. I prefer to straps cause the hooks are way faster to setup on a bar and have a huge wrist strap.

    Ok time to replace mine. I have the single narrow hook version. Color black in photos.
    But thinking about the wider one picture blue. Or even the dual hook

    The thing is with items like this you have to order on line and you’re taking your chances. This stuff is just not sold in regular sporting good stores.

    I think there's a couple of Fitness Depots in the States.
