I'm 15 y o, 50kg, 155cm.
I need to eat 2200 calories aprox and I can get up to 1800-1900.
I'm eating Pasta(130g), bananas(3-4), Yogurt(200g), Scottish Baguettes(2), Chicken Breast(100g), Omelette(2eggs).
Any foods rich in calories(pretty healthy).
I'm getting:
122/115 proteins.
276/289 carbo
13/38 fiber
41/77 fats

Struggling getting in my calories.
Routine: Fierce 5.
Progress:
OHP: 30kg
Bench Press: 60kg
Squat: 55kg;
54kg, 1.58m, 13-14%.
