I've been training for 2 mouths but today i decided to change it because all the people from this forum said that that routine is awful and I made gains because I was consistent and obviously a newbie.
Today I'm going to try Fierce 5 The Novice Full Body Program, if you have any tips you can leave them here.
I'm 15 y old, 50kg, 1.55.
I know it is not the place for nutrition but I'm struggling to get 2200 calories a day, if you have any tips on that too, you can leave them here. I'm currently eating bananas, eggs, natural peanut butter, yogurt, pasta, chicken breast and a scottish baguette.

Bench Press: 60kg
Squat: 55kg;
54kg, 1.58m, 13-14%.

Fierce 5 is a great choice
If you have trouble getting your calories, don't be afraid to have some "dirty" food in there (ice cream, calorie- and protein-dense fast food) as long as most of your diet consists of micronutrient-dense whole foods like the ones you listed.
