    My 5.5 year transformation - IFBB Men's Physique - Mr NZ 2017

Considering some of my first ever advice was gotten from bb.com, I thought I'd share my transformation with you guys so far, as well as give back some knowledge and motivation! I'm very grateful to have found my greatest passion in bodybuilding - and if it wasn't for these forums back in 2013, I might have never discovered this sport and lifestyle.

I'm currently Mr NZ for IFBB Men's Physique in NZ (won the overall at 2017 Nationals), and so far this year placed 6th at the Arnold Classic Ohio & 2nd at NZ Pro/Am. So always working hard, striving for improvement, and trying my best to earn my pro card!

Me at the start of 2013

    First MP comp, 2015:

    This year, 2018:
    6 weeks out:

Arnold Classic Ohio & NZ Pro Am

I've recently created a website for my online coaching too (nutrition/training/cardio etc), so if anyone is wanting coaching or just a one off diet plan to transform their bodies, visit my website or shoot me a PM!

Ask away any questions you guys might have, as I would love to help.

    General Info:
Since starting competing in 2015, I'm always following a diet plan - it really is a lifestyle - and usually have a few days of relaxed eating whatever after comp.
Prep - the diet is followed 100% extremely strict, refeeds as necessary. Offseason, cals are high and I'll follow my base diet and add in some extras few times per week! Plus have some nice cheat meals.
    Consistency is everything.
My cardio is mostly LISS walking on treadmill or outside
Extremely grateful to been mentored by two very knowledgeable coaches in NZ for about 3 years and have learnt so much because of them.
