Squat speed wasnt spot on, could see myself slowing down during the lockout.
RDL speed still good, bit slow on the last 2 reps of the last set.

DL speed good. Lumber rounding so lowered the hips...too far, hips shot up first.
Then remebered Alan thrall, stoped reseting and really focused 9n chest up/sqyeaze scapula. Rounding gone!
