lol. I'm completely chill and look forward to getting dymatized. I agree with the whole it's free, be patient thing. However, I don't think the way Dymatize runs these giveaways, is a good business idea.

I won the love thy gains promo over a year ago. It took forever for people to start receiving their goods (with extras though!). I know others were getting hooked up big time by dymatize, but I never did! I emailed one of the reps here back and forth about it. It finally came down to dymatize not being able to fix the mistake, and the rep saying he would in due time, out of his pocket/free supps. I just told him not to worry about it, because I didn't want to take from a poor rep already dealing with all of this.

I really believe that the company would benefit more from these promos, if they just made everyone happy. Happy people = more customers. I think it's cool they are being generous period on these forums. I've always liked dymatize too. I used to purchase their protein like 10 years ago, all of the time. There's alot of competition out there in supps though. If I don't ever receive anything from this promo either, I will definitely have less respect for dymatize, as a company.

For now, I will enjoy everyday and be chill! Then if I finally get dymatized I'll be even happier that day. Thanks for the opportunity

I've gotta disagree bro. While it doesn't reflect poorly on the reps, those guys are great and aren't at fault, waiting this long for such a small order is unheard of from any respectable company. Dymatize IS a very respectable company who sets the bar high for themselves, and is falling short. Customer feedback is the most important source of information on how you're doing, right or wrong. Good or bad. Free or retail price.

Plainly put, according to these forums, Dymatize (as a company) has weak online community engagement and service. Without making that clear, it wont get better.

This shut-up-its-free mentality is why forums are a largely dead format.

But I'm pretty sure contests are supposed to have winners. It's like hitting the lottery and the lottery official telling you, "don't worry, bro, the money will be there soon!" The fulfillment of this promo hit many roadblocks, at the warehouse & corporate level, these bars are unavailable right now and haven't been for awhile - which is outta my control. Many factors behind the scenes at play here. I've tried numerous times to get these fulfilled and shipped out to you guys, only to hit roadblock after roadblock. So at this point, which I'm sure a lot of you have already, consider this one an L.

Negative. Dymatize is as legit as they come. The reps on here have no control over changes or issues on the corporate level of their companies. There has never once been a Dymatize rep on here that frauded anyone or any contest.

This. I have won a few Dymatize promos over the years and they came through every time. I'm guessing the changes with HQ has something to do with this, and these poor reps are caught in the middle
