Exclamation Please help-new routine for beginner

I am currently 17 y/o, 6,4”, and 197.0 pounds. I am going to attempt to try out for my high school basketball team in exactly 4 months. I am already athletic to a certain extent, but I could be better. I am new to this whole scene, and would really appreciate and advice - I need a beginners workout routine to build/increase my max vertical, stamina, and strength. I imagine that is pretty basic, but I am clueless.

If any of you were to even build me a basic workout routine, it would be greatly appreciated. I don’t even know where to start. I know dieting is also a big part of exercise, and would appreciate any advice on dieting too.

    Thanks for your time.

Please help me build a workout routine around these goals: Goals: increase how high I can jump, increase my stamina so I can be the first one on the other side of the court, and increase my strength so no one can bully me in the paint.
