My summer goal is to find a teaching position in a public school. I have been teaching for three years, which have been in a private school. I like the school I am teaching at, but public schools offer better pay and benefits. I would like to purchase my own house this summer or next and getting into a public school would help that.

This summer's goals are kinda 2 part. I'm turning 49 this summer and 50 the next (captain obvious here). My main goal this summer is to win my pro card at 49 in physique in Sept. The second part that goes along with this is, when I turn 50 the following year, I'm going to switch divisions from physique to BB'ing so I'm going to have to start training legs more seriously. I hate being behind and rushed, so this summer I'm going to start really hammering leg days to be prepared for the following year.

Summer Goals:
*Just moved to Arizona for a new firefighter/paramedic career. I have to get through probationary period (1 year long) so that is my main focus right now
*Just had my first baby 1 month ago! So imagine moving and selling our house with all that goin on haha
*I'm a bodybuilder at heart. Freakin love this sport. So working out is a high priority. I still want to get stronger and better. Not only muscle gains, but need to stay in "shape" for my job. Firefighting requires very good cardiovascular strength. I've been keeping up with cardio a lot better now. I wake up early, or stay up late to get my workouts in depending on when the baby is asleep/awake.
MyProtein is awesome! I actually just bought a massive 10lb bag online. I've been using it when I'm in a hurry for shakes or when I'm at the station in between medical calls.
Here's proof that I follow you guys on IG:

Getting down to 195...I’m already about half way there. Experimenting with new workout routines/nutritional routines, and getting a better understanding of how to best optimize my nutrition/supplementation to get to my goals....
Another goal is to inspire my colleagues in my fire department to set fitness and health goals for themselves(we have a lot of smokers and bad eaters here). But not be a pushy jerk about it.Dad

Volunteer Firefighter

Summer goals are to be the best I can be in many areas of life. With my parents, my girlfriend, and everyone. My goal is to place top two in a national qualifier go to junior nationals again and place top two there, winning my IFBB professional card in classic physique. Id like to spend some quality time with my family on the beach . Id like to spend quality time with my girlfriend. Most of all to enjoy myself , keep calm.
My protein is definitely helping me with these goals I got 20 lbs of protein, rocky road, vanilla, butter pecan, and chocolate brownie batter. Some Tank tops for the summer. Helped me this winter as wellDisclaimer: The above post is my personal opinion and does not represent the official position of any company or entity. It does not constitute medical advice.

My summer goals are to continue fat loss and progressing on my lifts. I’m trying to get under 200 lbs before my wedding on 08/04 (20 lbs to go!) and by summers end if I can get down to around 185 and start a winter hulk this year that would be gravy!
I will subscribe but I can’t post pictures unfortunately.

My main priority this summer is finishing up my masters research project and my thesis. I will be extremely busy with that so right now my main fitness goal is to maintain. I know that isn't sexy but it's life. Sometimes other things in life need to take priority before training.
I am hoping to finish my masters by christmas so I can then focus 100% on doing my first pro show in the spring.

fitness goals is to finally achieve the body i have been hoping for lean and mean!
family goals - to spend as much time as possible with them. My kids are growing at a rate way to fast for me. Daughter is dating three years she'll be gone off to college and my twins right behind her. Second vacation to the sunny beaches of South Carolina for a week . Build a great lounge area for my wife in the back yard , redo our landscaping to suit is, so i'm gonna be a busy boy.
reaching my goal of a lean sculpted physique is going to be hard. Diet is usually my down fall but i believe in my heart the better i eat the better i will heal and feel. Can't wait to start this journey again to a better me.Bo Bernard,CEC
