    Macro 8, Micro 3 - OHP/ Pull up day

    Pull ups (15kg) - 4,4,5 <----Kinda went majorly overboard here since 13.5 was supposed to be the target but the micro plates were nowhere to be seen so should have gone on to 14 but clearly I was too sleep deprived to think straight and ended up 5 repping what is almost my 1RM....     Hey, thanks man. I get where you're coming from, its an unhill battle for the naturally skinny guys. Gotta keep shoveling food down the hatch, but things have actually gotten much better after I moved onto an intermediate stage for me.

    Props to you for sticking to the bulk man. I'm struggling here, you almost weight the same as I do now. Exams really screwed with my training, hopefully they \ don't do too much damage to yours.

    Ehhhh,I'm catching up! What body weight are you at? My exams have been going on for a whole frigging month now so I'm running on fumes at this point. Diet is still on point. As for training I've been managing to drain out my will power into getting things done by dosing up on caffeine and hyping myself up,definitely not a long term strategy,just trying to get by so that I can stop having to sleep 3 hours a day. But this last week has been affected by the exams and what not so just tried to get my compounds done.

    But exams will end man, just gotta bounce back once they're done!

    Last time I weighed myself about 2-3 weeks back I was 75kg. Ever since then had to go back home so no access to weighing scale plus diet has been pretty bad. Have dropped a hole on my lifting belt so for sure have lost a few kilos.

    Yeah exams suck but gotta have priorities. I kinda didn't manage my time too well during exams and had to skip a few gym sess, will make sure to not mess it up again next semester.

    I was meaning to bounce back after exams but due to holidays had to go back home and that is never great for lifting. So gonna have to wait to bounce back till I get back to Uni.

    Yeah exams suck but gotta have priorities. I kinda didn't manage my time too well during exams and had to skip a few gym sess, will make sure to not mess it up again next semester.

    I was meaning to bounce back after exams but due to holidays had to go back home and that is never great for lifting. So gonna have to wait to bounce back till I get back to Uni.
    That's exactly what happens to me when I go back home during the holidays :/ Which is why I'm trying to find a way to stay on campus during the break this time. Last time I went back home I lost 9kg in like 2 months :'(

    Damn that's bad. I mean I love the fam and all so gotta go back. The "brown diet" just doesn't sit well with bulking but I used to live with the family when I initially started lifting so my moms kinda used to making food that will allow me to at least maintain my weight. The other problem here is that the gyms kinda suck, which ruins the momentum.

    Naaa, no problem. I totally understand you, rice and dhal isn't exactly the best thing for bulking hahah. Eh, at least you got supportive parents man. My dad was 44kg when he got married so my parents are 100% against bulking since to them being anything over 55kg is fat as hell. But the gyms sure do suck, that is a problem. Especially if you're in one of those communal, condominium gyms.

    As we tell the newbies, just eat more of it.

    I found a decent gym nearby, it has all the necessary equipment but it's just really **** quality, to the extent of cables snapping and am afraid I might snap the bar when deadlifting, not looking forward to that. But beggars can't be choosers.
