Current diet regime
This is my current eating regime, it’s quite flexible I just wanted to see what you guys thought of it.
I’m currently around 175 or just under at 5’10
1RM bench 110kg/242lbs
Squat- 150kg/330lbs
Deadlift- 160kg/352lbs
Meal 1- 200g Greek yoghurt 30g whey/peanut butter 30g whey 30g
Meal 2- pasta/rice125g chicken/tuna 140g with sauce
Meal 3 *pre workout*-60g oats 30g whey 30g peanut cocoa or 150g pasta 100g tuna/140g chicken &15g coconut oil
Meal 4 *post workout*- 30g protein 50g coco pops 1 bagel w/ 30g strawberry jam- only leg/back day- remaining protein/bagel/Greek yoghurt 200g
- non training 0 carbs
Meal 5- 250g jacket potato tuna 30g cheese w/ 1/2 tin beans or same as meal 3
On rest day take carbs out of p/w meal
Total- 2600 cals
Carbs -295
Protein -200
Fat -60
Friday/Sunday cheat meal/s -still keep within 2600 calories
