Ya supersetting, I'm into it
I superset 80% of the time when i'm at the gym
so i occupy two pieces of equipment at the same time.
I'll use the squat rack and occupy pulldown machines.
People complain about me...

You're either occupying it or you are not using it. If you want to superset, don't be picky, just use whatever is open and then move to whatever is open. I don't recognize your "savsees" and will use whatever is not being used. Leaving your crap behind means you abandoned your crap and now I will have to move it out of my way. I won't even ask you. Give me a mean look, who cares. Almost every single fukc I have seen that does **** like that is a little bitch, walking around with a notepad or tablet logging every damn thing they do and they have to do exactly that way.
I also love it when dudes stand before me, like their presence is gonna get me to move out of the station they seemingly want to make use of. Never says one word, just stands there expectantly. You just motivated me to do a whole lot more there and when you finally ask , yes still 3 or 4 more sets. Please give me a look of exasperation. I don't care.☆☆☆USA яєω☆☆☆

Damn ya'll some angry people with really small penises...
But I had asked the gym staff what is their position on it.
They said if you use only two machines at once that's fine, everybody does it, but not more than two unless it's not busy.
He asked why, I said because someone was complaining about me using two machines.
He said those are usually gym rookies, they get mad because usually they don't even know what supersetting is, they don't know it exists. To tell people not to use two machines at once is saying hey you are not allowed to use a very common training technique, and even some of their trainers write programs with supersetting in it.Keep false accusations out of your sig line

I had a PT who taught me nothing but compound movements and so every workout always involved multiple muscle groups (but not full body). That stuck with me.
I used to focus on just one muscle group per workout before I worked out with that guy for a few years. He changed my entire philosophy and methodology.
But honestly the machine I probably use most are cables. Most of my workouts just involve kettlebells and barbells so I'm getting in no one's way most of time.Last edited by ecs33; 04-25-2018 at 08:51 PM.

I superset, but I may also modify my workouts when it’s busy by substantially decreasing rest periods and just do single sets then move on to the next machine and do the same thing, just so that I won’t hog the equipment, or if running the rack instead of switching dumbbells after every set I’ll switch less but do more reps in a set.

So you go from back, to chest or whatever. Why does it have to be any specific station? Why not go to the open station for X, move to the open station for Y and then back to X on another open station that could be completely different than the first one you used, but hits the same ****. Why be so rigid in what you do? Just workout hard.

Usually only do it one day a week, for my upper hypertrophy day. Sometimes at the end of a workout to save time - Like calves and abs, or shoulders and tris.
I try to work on equipment that is close by so I can keep an eye on it. Someone takes a piece when I'm not there I don't really care. But if I tell you I'm using it and you go ahead anyway.. serious shade will be thrown your way every opportunity I have from then on.
