My Photos are on my bodyspace on my profile since it wouldnt let me set up a link cause I dont have 50 posts
Ive been lifting since August 2017 when I came back from holiday and realised I was a skinny fat fgt. I have been pretty serious since then but took a month off at christmas since I went to amsterdam for new year and got the munchies and didnt recover till February😂 I have missed a couple workouts since I have a social life and these things happen. I was just wondering is this good? You see all these natural 1 year transformations and they are lookin thicc.
I started around 130lbs and now at 146lb

I think you look fine for a casual gym-goer who has only lifted for 10 months. Are you on a training program? What are you eating like? The reason you see crazy 10 month transformations is because those people typically are on structured training programs and have a proper diet. I.e. they track calories/macros.

Your gains are good. Congratulations, and stick with it!
...but I’m going to be honest, the difference between good and great is the willpower and drive to make the full commitment. I’m not saying lifting needs to take over your life, but taking a month off, skipping workouts, and being totally lax with diet will lead to average gains, not optimal gains.
