Ill just say, I had to take a few weeks of lifting off because of a rotator cuff injury. I started this today(later than I wanted) and even though I have been on a hard cut(PSMF) my lifts seemed "easier". Going to keep a close eye on them as I work on the bottle and add a proper review later, but in for results.
