Yeah, I think it was. Didn't have any issues last night - drank BCAAs during, maybe that helped.
Workout #8
Incline Bench Press
95x10
135x10
155x10
185x5
190x4
195x2 (grip was messed up)
195x3x2
165x10
DB Fly
25x10
35x10
40x10
45x10
Plate Loaded Hammer Strength Bench Press
1 plate x10
1+25x10
Yeah...I don't like this machine. Feels like an ultra narrow grip.
DB Bench
60x10
70x10
75x10
Overhead Single Arm DB Tri Extension
20x10
25x10
25x10
Not all workouts can be winners and I really wasn't feeling it last night. I'm glad I got 10 reps @165 on incline, but the rest was sort of blah. It all felt heavy. Got some decent volume in after that which lead to the usual great pumps that White Flash consistently delivers :-)

Workout #9
Deadlift
135x10
225x10
275x5
315x3
335x1
335x1
315x3
T Bar Row
Plates:
1x10
2x20
2+25x10
3x10
2x12 (narrow grip)
BB Curl
65x10
75x8
85x6
55x12
Ended with a couple sets of back extensions...crazy lower back pump afterwards.
Last night was the opposite of the night before - I attacked the weights and didn't want to leave the gym...except that it was pushing 11 pm and I had to work today. Focus was strong, pumps were crazy and weights felt light. Thanks White Flash
How's everyone else liking the flavors? I'm not in love with this strawberry kiwi - not a big deal of course. How's the apple??

Managed to squeeze in a few workouts really early on the weekend and late last night, but didn't have time to post until now.
Workout #10
Seated Shoulder Press on Smith machine
Weight on bar:
50x10, 70x10, 90x10, 110x6x5, 90x10
Lateral Raise Machine:
50x10, 60x10, 70x10
Front BB raises on incline bench
30x10, 40x10, 40x10
Arnold Press
40x10, 50x8, 50x7
Rear Delt Cable Fly
25x10, 30x10, 35x10, 25x12 (I've either never done these or it's been a loooooong time, but they're amazing)
Workout #11
Bench Press
135x20, 185x10, 225x3, 230x3, 235x1, 240x1, 255 big fat fail, 205x6, 185x11 (it was a mistake to try to heavy bench early in the morning the day after shoulders...oh well)
DB Pullover
50x10, 60x10, 70x10
Dips
BWx10, BWx12 (haven't done these in forever because they used to hurt my shoulders. I leaned forward a bit...shoulders felt great and the tris still blew up)
Workout #12
Squat:
135x10, 185x5, 225x3x3, 185x5
Hack Squat Machine
Plates per side:
1x10, 1+10x10, 1+25x10, 2x3 (yep, torched), 1x12
Standing Calf Raise Machine
Plates per side:
1x15, 1+25x15, 2x15, 2+25x15
Seated Leg Curl
95x10, 115x10, 145x10, 160x10
I had some really successful workouts lately. The bench was disappointing a bit, but the pumps in my tris from the dips were insane. Thank you White Flash. The weight I was able to do last night for legs was surprising - I'm sure I'll be feeling it for a couple days.
Sadly, between changing up the doses and giving out a couple scoops to my brother, my White Flash supply is getting low, but man what a ride it's been! Can't wait to get a few more training sessions in to finish up this log!

The Final Two Workouts...
Workout #13:
Deadlift:
135x10, 225x5, 275x5, 315x1x3, 335x1, 275x5, 225x10 (gassed after that last set)
Close Grip Cable Pulldown
120x10, 140x10, 160x10, 120x12
DB Pullover
60x10, 70x10, 80x10
Workout #14
Bench Press:
135x20, 185x8, 225x5, 205x10 (rep PR that I've been shooting for for a looooong time), 205x7 (pretty torched), 155x16
Pec Deck Machine:
135x10, 160x10, 175x10, 190x10
DB Press (Drop set sets - absolutely killer)
Set 1: 80x8, 70x9, 60x10, 50x10
Set 2: 80x5, 70x8, 60x10, 55x10
Tri Push Down
60x12, 80x12
Then it was time to go...gettin' texts from the wifey.
What a way to finish up this log!! Like I said, 205x10 has been a goal for awhile, so I was super stoked to finally hit it. The pump from that set was insane and continued throughout the rest of the workout. One of those wonderful, shirt-stretching pumps
Final Review:
What a product!! I've tried many, many preworkouts and many have delivered on energy, a few have delivered on focus and improved mood and a few have given great pumps, but to find one that does all three?? That's the Unicorn. For most of the workouts I had a "get after it" sort of attitude without being jittery which is perfect. I'm not here for jittery energy. It was smooth and long lasting. This is definitely a product I would purchase and use regularly...although my personal preference wouldn't be for the Kiwi Strawberry flavor.
Thanks again to Rob and Controlled Labs. Can't wait for more great workouts!!
