    Idk what to do

    I’m 20 - 22% body fat
    154.2 lbs
Almost no muscle but a lot of fat everywhere
    (Skinny but very fat)
My maintenance is about 2000 cals
I do fierce 5 and been doing it for 2 weeks now

Should I cut down to lower than 15% before I put on muscle mass, or gain weight (muscle foundation) before I cut down to a low bf? Or some body recomp **** (Idont really understand it or how to do it, so if u suggest that pls explain).

If you are a beginner to lifting and have relatively high body fat, you're a good candidate for recomp.

Just run fierce 5 on a moderate deficit (about 500 calories under maintenance).

Recomps are relatively slow, but in your position that's probably the best way to go.
    Current PRs: (S/B/D) 145kg / 100kg / 180kg // 2018 goal PRs: 160kg / 110kg / 190kg
