    Keeping motivation

Restarted my weight loss April 2nd down 27 pounds since. I am strict on diet and lifting which is always super sets max effort but I lack motivation on cardio after. How do I get that motivation to do cardio?

I’m 6’1 at 220 pounds down from 247 I feel great looking a lot better, but I know to burn them love handles and that lower belly fat I gotta start cardio after being in military 14 years it’s hard to force myself to do it.

You don't need cardio to burn fat you just need to take in fewer calories than you burn
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough

You lost 27 lbs in 20 days? Sounds beyond extreme and likely very unhealthy.

Even 10 lbs per month would be on the high end of the recommended weight loss rate for someone your size.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
