I've been cutting for about 7-8 months now from 185lbs 21% bf to 156lbs +-14%bf my waist size is 32 inch and i'm getting tired now.
My main goal is size but I don't want to end up a fat slob so I decided to cut down to 10-12%bf but weight loss has come to a crawl. How much further do you guys think i should cut? I'm maintaining my lifts Bench 170lbsx3x5 Squat 245x3x5 and row 110lbsx3x5.

First off fantastic job on the fat loss!! IMHO what I would do here is take a break and give your body a rest from the long cut.
I would log exactly what I was eating now right down to the gram and make sure I was at least getting in my minimums of fat and protein each day and find out as close as possible to how many calories I was consuming each day.
Then raise it 100 or so per day every few days until the weight loss stops. Sit there for about two weeks and see if your energy levels come back a bit. You really need to work on mass building IMHO so from there I would begin raising my intake by around 150 calories a day every week to 10 days until I was gaining between 1 - 2 pounds a month. This way you won't get fat.
Building muscle is a slow process so don't try to rush it with eating too much or the fat will come back. Just take your time as this is a life long journey not a got to have it now sprint. You are off to a great start and awesome work so far!

You said you were feeling tired and a long cut without a break can take a toll physically and mentally. Also you don't really have much lean mass imo by looking at the pics. That is what I would do but only you can decide if you are lean enough. So yeah give that a shot and see how you feel and how your body responds.
