A little about me. I am a 74kg competitive powerrlifter. Next meet: August 2018. Current numbers: 485 squat, 340 bench, 570 deadlift.
Goals: accumulate volume and build work capacity the next month before progressing more aggressively with competition lifts.
I will be posting most of my training sessions as well as thoughts on the product periodically.

Day 1
Taste: 8.5/10
Initial reaction: very nice flavoring. Will continue to assess this, but initially - love the taste. Not too terribly tart/sour.
Mixability 8.5/10
A little gritty in the shaker. Will use more water next time.
Focus: 9/10
Boom. Focus was on point during today's lift. Felt in the zone!
Pump: 8.5/10
Hit some upper body hypertrophy work this afternoon. Muscle fullness was accentuated and vascularity game was strong today.

BB Flat Bench Press 5 x 10 @ 225
Strict Standing OHP 3 x 6 @ 130
Weighted Dips 4 x 10 @ +90
DB Flyes 4 x 15 @ 45s
DB Side Laterals 3 x 15 @ 20s
Tricep Rope Pressdown 4 x 15 @ 75

Prowler Pushes + 200 pounds x 50 yards for 4 rounds
Kettlebell Farmers Walk +50 lbs each arm for 50 yards for 8 rounds
Trap Bar Farmers Walks 225 x 30 yards for 3 rounds
Sprints 40 yard dash 3 rounds
+ ab circuit

Thank you all. Had two really good sessions the last two days.
Yesterday was MISS cardio on the elliptical for 20 minutes followed by core/ab and calve work. Nothing too FLASHy (see what I did there?). Took 1 scoop about 30 mins pre-workout. Great energy.
Tonight was...
BB Flat Bench (competition bench, pause) 4 x 6 @ 270
Incline DB Press 4 x 10 @ 100s
DY Low Row / HS high Pull 5 sets of 12 / 15
HS Shoulder Press 90 each side x 4 x 12
BB curls with Fat Gripz / Tricep Pressdown 5 x 15

Unbelievable pump. Probably one of the fullest, nastiest pump I've gotten from training. REALLY good day. Took one scoop of the WF about 30 mins out. Good session yesterday. Knocked out 45 minutes of MISS cardio (ellipitical and spin bike) followed by a ab/calve circuit.
Took 1 scoop 30 mins prior to guage the endurance effects of the product. Felt good and relatively fatigue resistant. Upper body tonight.If you want it bad enough, you'll find a way.

Tonight was back/bicep hypertrophy and holy moly what a pump. Straight up nasty volume and blood flow. Really starting to grow on this product. I notice the best pumps with higher volume work (makes sense). So far, so good. The endurance aspect of this product is truly superb (cit malate?).If you want it bad enough, you'll find a way.

Great Saturday session. Ate a big breakfast (oatmeal, eggs, fruit) and about 3 hours post eating I took the WF and hit the gym. Another really mind numbing pump. Had some hyper work today, higher rep ranges. Noticeable increase in vascularity on this product as well.

Yesterday was back/biceps. When I got off work I wasn't feeling "ready to train"...took 1 scoop and was fired up and ready to go. Not overly energized, but had a good kick in the tail to get going with my training. Pulled of a good workout...

Skin-splitting pump yesterday. Had an upper body hypertrophy day. Chest and arms were absolutely full of blood post lift. Took 1 scoop about 30 minutes pre workout. Been noticing pumps are more accentuated the longer I use this product. Interesting concept. Got some HIIT cardio today - may take a 1/2 scoop before the session. Hope all are having a good weekend. Will check in tomorrow.

Yes, but not this training block. My secondary SQ is SSB squat. Maybe next block I'll add fronts. Burn the quads like no other, don't they?!
Hit some back and biceps yesterday. Nothing fancy, moved pretty quick (40 minutes workout) and had a nice pump. Benching today!If you want it bad enough, you'll find a way.
