Huge thanks to Rob and CL for sending me a tub of the brand new White Flash pre-workout to log. I was sent the Green Apple flavor. I'm really looking forward to this flavor as I'm a huge fan of the Green Magnitude in the sour green apple.
A little about myself...I'm 5'10", roughly 192-195lbs depending, and around 16 percent BF. I will be starting a fairly aggressive cut on Monday. Current goals are to get down somewhere between 182-185, and drop a couple BF percentages. I'm still working on figuring out my macros, and will update this post when I get those nailed down. I lift exclusively at home, as I've been acquiring gym equipment for my home gym for a little over a year now.
I'm currently sipping my first dose, and I went with a full scoop.
Label says a full scoop is roughly 15.92g, and looking at the pic, I can see that I didn't quite get a level scoop, so I'm sure it's fairly accurate or close enough to not worry about.
I went with 12oz of water.
Decent amount of foam after shaking, but quickly goes away.
Initial thoughts on the flavor are that it's ok...I def. get the green apple, but it's a little bitter. It's decent, and I won't have any problems consuming it, AKA, won't have to force myself to choke it down. Ingredients mixed together great as well, zero grit or residue while consuming, and my shaker was clean afterwards as well.
Plan on doing some back and biceps work, and I'll post my initial thoughts later today/tonight. Thanks again Rob and CL, this should be fun!

Initial thoughts are that White Flash is legit AF. Trying not to overreact since I’ve just used it once, but the combination of energy/focus/pumps is out of this world.
I hadn’t planned on lifting Saturday, but the excitement to use a new product took over and I had a great bro session with hitting back and biceps.
I can already tell this is the best pre that CL has offered to date. I don’t think I ever had the OG White Flood, but I wasn’t a huge fan of WFR or White Pipes. Again, just my opinion, so take it for what it is.
Sour Green Apple is alright. Not the tastiest, and nothing like the same flavor as Green Mag, but I imagine some of the ingredients in White Flash are just hard to mask. However, no problems slamming it down.
I’ll be hitting chest and triceps this afternoon, and can’t wait to scoop the White Flash.++ COUNTRYMIKE Appreciation Crew ++

Thanks for jumping in, guys.
Great chest and tri session yesterday afternoon. Kids have been keeping us up lately, so motivation and energy has been lacking hardcore lately. However, White Flash has given me the kick in the pants I need to get going. 300mg of caffeine has always seemed to be my 'sweet spot' for pre's, and this hasn't disappointed.
Although, I think the most impressive part (outside of the joocy pumps) of White Flash so far has been the focus aspect. With the lack of sleep, I constantly find myself looking for an excuse to leave the gym early while lifting. That hasn't been an issue when using White Flash. Realistically, the fact that I was sent this product and chosen to run a log might be partly responsible for the great focus I'm having while lifting (because I'm wanting to do a good and thorough job on the log), but I can't complain one bit. Loving this so far.
After a couple of doses, the Sour Green Apple seems to be getting better and is starting to grow on me a bit. Flavor is definitely not lacking, but is accompanied by a bit of bitterness. After this update, I'm going to hop on the other logs and see how the other flavors compare.
As for today, not sure if I'll be able to squeeze a lift in or not. Currently working on getting my power rack up in my garage, and my oldest has softball practice tonight, and I volunteered to coach for some reason . We'll see though...might be able to squeeze in some shoulder work.
Pics of the power rack...
Notice the wet spot in the driveway? My 2 year old kicked over my Cherry Lemonade Bang. I lost about 1/3 of the can lol.
Nothing bolted in yet, just trying to get things lined up and level. Hoping to pick up some flooring this week. I'll add some more pics as progress is made.++ COUNTRYMIKE Appreciation Crew ++

Knocked shoulders out at home yesterday, and it was a solid lift. I only used about 8oz of water with the White Flash this time, and I think that's what I'll do from now on. Had a bunch of foam immediately after mixing, but it settled quickly, and had zero residue/issues with it mixing.
Lift consisted of some barbell upright rows, front db raises, lat db raises, seated barbell shoulder press, trap bar shrugs, and some calf work. Got through the lift fairly quick...I got a late start, and had to get back to my computer quickly for work (I work from home).
Pic from immediately after the lift
Can't speak enough about how much I'm loving this. This is the second pre that I've had that contains Vaso6, the first being Re1gn, and I can appreciate the White Flash not giving me as big of a stim hit as Re1gn.

Quick update from yesterdays lift.
Another solid lift in the books yesterday. White Flash has yet to let me down.
My lift consisted of wide grip pull ups, ez-bar curls, hammer curls, t-bar rows, reverse barbell curls, bent over barbell rows, and preacher curls. Nothing crazy.
Today is my oldest daughters 7th birthday, so I'm trying to wrap up work for the week and get ready for two b-day parties this weekend. At the same time, I've been working on my power rack in my garage, and just started to unbox my pulley system. Can't wait to get them both up. However, I'm still hoping to hit legs tonight...but will probably skip the WF.
Final thoughts for today...White Flash delivers the most hurts-so-good pumps I've experienced from a pre workout.++ COUNTRYMIKE Appreciation Crew ++

Another great lift yesterday. Again, loving WF and loving not feeling stimmed out of my mind while using it.
After my lift, I hopped back on the bench and hit 225 for 10 reps. I felt like I could have squeezed one or two more out, but didn't want to risk it without a spotter. Hoping for a 300lb bench soon.
Anyways...lift consisted of barbell bench, incline dumbbell bench, incline db flys, db kickbacks, incline skull crushers, and triceps pushdowns.
Speaking of triceps pushdowns...these were done on the newest addition to my garage gym, my wall mounted pulley tower. It works great, and was fairly easy to put together. However, I'm going to bolt the front legs down to either the concrete or make a platform for it. The front legs want to slide around a little when I'm doing cable curls.

I hear that, man. Total PITA, but it's done.
Couple days since my last update, but beginning to sound like a broken record here. White Flash is fantastic. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the sour green apple flavor, but it doesn't really bother me that much either...just slam it and go.
I'm probably going to take a day or two off. My body just aches right now, and we have a weekend full of sporting events for the kiddos. Might do some shoulder work tomorrow (only group I feel like I can go max effort on right now), but might honestly wait until Monday.++ COUNTRYMIKE Appreciation Crew ++

Quick update...lots of family stuff going on right now. Without going into much detail, I have to take my son to see his cardiologist tomorrow in regards to his heart surgery he had back in the fall of 2016. Everything should be fine...but lots going on right now and haven't had time to lift for a couple of days.
Will be back asap.++ COUNTRYMIKE Appreciation Crew ++

Sorry for the lack of updates...just when you think things are back to normal, life gets more complicated.
I just hit back and biceps this morning, and it was only my second time lifting this week, unfortunately. Anyways, the new plan is to get up at 4:30am every day, no matter if I'm working out or it's a rest day (previously was getting up at 3:30, but wasn't working out so well).
This mornings workout went as follows:
Weighted pull-ups w/20lb vest 3x10
DB Hammer Curls with 40's 3x12
Cable Machine Curls 50lbs 3x12
Bent Over BB Row 115lbs 3x8
Reverse Grip Straight Bar Curls 70lbs 3x12
EZ Bar Curls 82lbs (cheap bar that only weighs 12lbs) 3x10
Seated Cable Row 120lbs 3x12
Mostly biceps with a couple back exercises mixed in. Again, White Flash didn't disappoint. Mixed it up, slammed it down, and was lifting 10 mins later. Still kind of in the middle on the Sour Green Apple flavor...some days I think it's alright, and others, not so much. But as others have stated, Vaso6 probably isn't the easiest ingredient to mask.
Anyways...hoping things start to calm down a bit and I can get back into a good routine. The good news is that my home gym is nearly complete...for now. Currently looking to add some more dumbbells, a mirror, and a platform. However, for now, I'm able to just about do anything I want in my own garage.
Planning on hitting legs tomorrow AM.++ COUNTRYMIKE Appreciation Crew ++

Chest Day was the Best Day.
Had a pretty good lift in the home gym. Still looking for more equipment, but getting it done with what I currently have.
5x5 bench with 225
3x15 incline flyes with 40's (heaviest db's at the moment)
3 sets of 20 pushups using the db's as handles
3x12 tri pushdowns (single arm, 30lbs per arm)
3x12 skullcrushers with 80lbs
3x10 weighted dips
3x20 standing calf raises with 225lbs
Got my lift completed in just over an hour. White Flash continues to be the truth. Starting to get burnt out on the Sour Green Apple, but looking to order the Cherry Limeade soon.
Hoping to hit shoulders at some point today, but I'm prepping for a 4!!! hour third interview tomorrow for a position that would change our lives, so that's where my focus is right now.++ COUNTRYMIKE Appreciation Crew ++

Busy busy busy...
Didn't get the job that I interviewed for. Made it to the final round, and they went with the other candidate based on their experience. No biggie, onto the next one...
Up at 4:30 this morning to hit legs. Felt like I slept good, but it was extremely tough to get out of bed this morning. I grabbed my phone, and took a look at Jocko Willink's IG feed, and it motivated me to get my ass up and get some this morning.
I did end up scooping the WF this morning, which is a first on leg day for me. Fairly simple, but effective workout.
5x5 245lb squats (neglected legs for the longest time like a true bro...)
3x10 245lb trap bar deadlifts
3 AMRAP's of air squats for 1 min each
3x20 225lb calf raises
Sweat like a pig, it's currently muggy AF outside. Leg pumps were there, but nothing worthy of a pic, and not enough to get in the way of me not using WF on leg day again.
Chest and tri's on deck for tomorrow.++ COUNTRYMIKE Appreciation Crew ++

I'm still here. Life has been crazy lately, so my training hasn't been exactly where I want it to be. I've managed to get some lifts in, but haven't used the WF in about a week (knew I wouldn't have time to post about it, so held off).
Anyways, I think I'm back, for real this time. Diet is finally dialed in, and the carb cycling seems to be working great so far.
I do believe I have legs today, and will have an update for everyone tonight. Cheers.++ COUNTRYMIKE Appreciation Crew ++

For sure. Things are slowly starting to settle down...
Yesterday's lift was killer
Did everything at home, except I replaced the hack squat with back squats, and wasn't able to do the leg extensions/curls in the giant set. Pretty light weight, hypertrophy focused session. Def. feeling it today. Glutes and quads are tender, and got some tightness in my lower back.
I did scoop the white flash for this lift. Probably not the smartest idea, but I survived. Heart rate was pretty damn elevated during the entire lift, and took a while to slow down afterwards.++ COUNTRYMIKE Appreciation Crew ++
