Should I still do fat loss or should i start my bulk and then cut again later?
I started my fitness journey last year on 1st Jan, 2017.
Ive lost so much of weight. I went from 84 kgs to current 71 kgs. I was stuck at weight 74-76 for few months. Though im going good, I've few doubts too.
Ive a little amount of fat on my back, my belly and inner thighs as wells as on face. should I continue doing fat loss till i get complete flat stomach or should i start bulking up now and do cutting later.

Can you attach a couple pics. Tough to tell from the pic on your avatar. Looks like you have a decent amount of muscle but a couple pics would make it much easier to give an answer
