Yo guys i'm 18 and have been lifting for 2 years (3 but one I only did curls and ****)
1 year for aesthetics (just lol)
1 year of powerlifting
now strongman always interested me but my mom did not approve lol, now that im older I'd really like to start training for strongman
so here's my questions : 1)What are the tools that I can build
2)do I have to eat more than when I do powerlifting?
3)how much days do I need to train in a week (currently at 4)

Start out by sticking with your powerlifting routine but switch bench into overhead pressing. You can still bench but focus more on incline bench and make it an assistance movement with overhead being the main exercise
