    Question backpack instead of dumbbell?

I don't have access to a gym at the moment. Is it a good idea to use a heavy backpack to do bicep curls instead of a dumbbell?

A heavy backpack will help to make squats, press ups and pull ups more challenging which you could incorporate into a circuit to do at home.
Not sure why your focussing on curls?

I've started getting bottles with water few weeks ago, which I can locate all around my body, right on the belt area. Plus some weight in the backpack - and you do not need any specific increasers of weight, produced by well-known brands. When I've started smoking THC goods, I've got some smell proof backpacks and nowadays I can use them even for the training purposes.

You can use a pillow case with sand or gravel in it.

Get some resistance bands to do curls if you can't afford proper weights.
