Ive been following the ws4sb3 program with the intent on getting better at my sport(track) as well as to add size and shape to my body.
I was wondering if i could add a bit more volume or exercises to my upper body routine as i feel it lacks size especially in the chest and arms.
Was wondering it would be beneficial and possible since the program is used by other athletes who use their upper body more than us runners and have no problem with recovery.
