What are the effects of not working out for 7 days?

Hello, new to the forum. I'm 14 years old and have been working out for about a year now for 3-6 days consistently. I'm going on a trip for my school which lasts 7 days, and I have been really stressing about the effects not working out for a week. Should I expect to lose a noticeable amount of strength?

Don't stress. You don't think you'll ever get sick or injured and have to take time off?

For me I notice I look flatter after a week off.

You'll probably lose like 5 or 10 pounds on your compounds just because your a little rusty, but you'll be back to where you were in no time. Don't sweat it. A week off will probably be good for you.
