Hello guys, i wanna start working out and training so i need some adivce.
I'm 177cm/5.8ft tall, and 60kg/132lbs.
I need gaining weight, and also help with how to start off, which exercises and stuff.
If possible without equipment. We dont have a gym here neither a proper shop for that stuff
I need help for my upper body,back arms. I'm playing sports a lot and jogging so my legs are pretty good that way.Main goals are to gain weight and get stronger
