    Cool First prep

    Hi all.
I am going though my first prep. Not bad, just frustrating since im not dropping weight as id hoped. Im 5'1 and im fluctuating between 100-99lbs. Im already tiny and pretty lean already since i diet and eat clean in off season. I prob need to lose 5 more pounds. I dont know what im doing wrong here.
Also, is greek yogurt a nono for prep? I absolutely love it and i have read mised reviews about some people saying dont cut it out some say do.

Make sure you're in the right deficit and everything is being measured on a food scale. It's a lot more difficult when you don't have much to lose and there's really no room for error. There's no need to cut out any foods during your prep so eat what you like.

    Good luck to you.

Good job Kaitlyn! As Kimm4 said, if you are in a deficit, you will lose BF. Remember though, as you lose weight, your TDE also drops so you may just have to re-adjust your cals.
And you can have the yogurt as long as your cals don't go over; just fit em in.
And as she mentioned, it gets tougher as you get leaner when you don't have room for error.
Keep at it; believe in the plan; it will come together if you are in a deficit.

Some don't do dairy because it tends to smooth them out.
I have seen some stay with it up to a couple weeks out and still look good.
Dont use the scale so much to monitor your contest progress but use the mirror and photos to compare from week to week.
I would increase your posing practice as this seems to help harden up physiques a month or less out.
10-20 minutes of hard flexing and holding a pose can help quite a bit well at least for me it did.
    Good luck.
