Sort of...how would that play out?
Hands are in your pockets. "Take your hands out of your pockets!" You take your hands out of your pockets. They think they see a weapon, and they shoot you.
It's a reasonable request on the cops' part, but there's no good way to respond to it. Obviously pacing back and forth isn't a good response. The command should be, "Get down," or "on the ground" or something like that.
Was he armed? Not monday morning quarter backing this...breaking into someone's garage, the home owner could have legally shot him all the same. This account was created for the purpose of roleplaying and satire. I don't give a **** after seeing a video where a cop was shot and killed in cold blood because he reacted too slowly to a guy shooting him.
If you cannot follow basic instructions, tough chit. I thought the guy was pulling a gun out of his pocket watching it live.
What are you talking about? His hands were not in his pockets, the cops asked him to put his hands over his head, he raised one, then shoved one into his pocket and pulled it out in a jerky motion.
The cops are suppose to wait a second to confirm its a gun, then have 2 bullets in their chest before they have time to react?Last edited by GiveMeTheD; 04-17-2018 at 07:21 PM.

regardless it says nothing about the suspect being armed in the description, so he clearly wasn't. As a previous poster said, it looks like he's attempting to put his hands up and was probably tripping since he a young urban youth. Cops got a report of him stealing from a cell phone store at a mall and he had fled. Stealing likely doesnt mean he's gonna shoot a cop. I dunno, different opinions, they were a tad trigger happy methinks.

I'm not seeing his right hand anywhere but in his pocket, which was the original point of my post. If you have a screen cap showing his right hand out of his pocket, I'd like to see it.
FWIW IDGAF that cops shot this guy...the homeowners should have done it before they even arrived. This account was created for the purpose of roleplaying and satire. It's still the element of surprise. Even with guns drawn, the suspect had the advantage of being the first to react AND being behind an object or with cover. My point is watch how quick it happens. He even landed shots to the officer's chest.
That intruder in the OP's video could have drawn, ducked down and kept firing away aimlessly until he hit something or someone. The officers a few feet away or the innocent people he frightened with the bullets going through the drywall. The situation was so severe that ANY extra hesitation by the officers and things could have went down hill extremely fast. So many variables in OP's video it ain't even funny bro.
And by bro, I mean never my bro you Euro ****git.

Watching it the first time live I would have shot him too. The guy raised one hand while keeping one in his waistband. He didn't respond verbally a single time, and paced one time back and forth. I mean shiet dude you have guns pointed on you how about standing in one spot and verbally respond saying you are slowing going to raise your hands up. This is a classic game of play stupid games.
I was always looking at the finger pointing at
the moon. Now I'm just looking at the moon.
And there’s no me looking. There’s just looking.
