when I do cable chest flys, regardless of position, i feel tension and pain in my shoulders joints or tendons. I also do not feel my chest being worked out with this.
When I do incline and declines I feel same pain. When I do lat pulldowns wide grip I feel same pain.
Bench press I sometimes feel it. My shoulder blades pop out a lot during exercise
History: 4 year ago heavy weight repeatedly slammed directly down on my shoulders. I am still feeling the pain, but the doctors could never find anything broken or wrong with the muscles/tendons and ****.
