Luckily not like those holes you see on google, but more than a normal person, my lower ribs used to stick out more than my boobs..
Training your abdominal muscles helps smoothen the lower ribs. Hypertrophy training chest helps bring out the upper part (and some boob to cover the 'situation' helps too, I've gotten implants). Don't forget to train your back as well, to balance it all out.
