    mass gainer??

so i’m somewhat new to working out i’ve been working out for about 7 months now and i was wondering if i should take a mass gainer because i haven’t gained a noticeable amount of weight in the past months i’m 17, 5’9” , and 190lbs i already take whey protein and creatine mono hydrate my max’s on bench squat and power clean are surpassing my expectations but i want to gain more weight and get a more lean body and i’m kinda confused because i haven’t gained much weight or gotten much bigger so if anyone has any advice let me know

Being under 18, I don't know if anyone will recommend a supplement to you. But lets ask some questions first.
Have you gained any weight at all?
What was your starting weight 7 months ago?
The powerlifter visions a certain weight he would like to lift, he uses his body to achieve it and he gets big as a side effect.
The bodybuilder visions a certain physique he would like to acquire, he uses weights to achieve it and he gets stronger as a side effect.

^Same post I was gonna ask

If you are gaining ~1 pound a week, then you're good to go OP.
If not, then opt for calorie dense foods like pasta. Spicing it up helps me indulge a sh!t ton more pasta w/ meats

Eat bigger portions. If you're not gaining you're not consuming enough kcals.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
