For those of you who have tried cutting on Keto, how were your results?
How long did you cut/eat keto for?
Did you tie in IF or any other methods?

Not sure if it's exactly what you're asking but I've lost about 30lbs in the last 2.5 months or so. It's not cutting exactly, but I've continued lifing weights at the gym and gotten much leaner. As long as you eat enough protein to maintain lean body mass, you should be okay.
With keto, you almost inevitably do some IF - frankly, you just aren't hungry regularly (or I haven't been at least). I can easily go over 24 hours without needing intake. I mean, if I had something appetizing in front of me (keto), I'd eat it, but i'm pretty busy so fixing something keto just hasn't always been practical. So IF has been more of a default/convenience thing; not necessarily intentional, but I'm still dropping weight and feeling great!Lucky me swimming in my ability; dancing down on life with agility!
