Hey Guys,
One of the guys at my work started me off on my gym journey and I really couldn't be happier with my progress so far. been in the gym around 4/5 months now and really seeing improvements all round.
Just want to stay motivated and learn more about everything.
I'm around 74kg now, with BF around an estimated 13%.
There are two pics here. One from 90-78kg, then one from 78 - 75kg.
Really want to start getting into calisthenics, if anyone wants to message me and chat a load of **** about working out/ loosing weight/ calisthenics then feel free.
