Of course being 20 lbs lighter would help you look slimmer, but it also depends on how you're doing it. A lot of people just restrict their calorie intake and/or do cardio and then they just end up looking like a smaller version of their current (fat) self. If your goal is to look firmer with muscle tone then you will need to lift weights and ensure you take in enough protein intake to help maintain what muscle you do have.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

My current regime is weight training 3 days a week and cardio 3 days a week.
Sun - cardio
Mon - weight
Tuse - cardio
Wed - weight
Thurs - cardio
Fri - rest
Sat - weights
And every one of those days I take my dog out for a run for about an hr or more. About 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs at the gym. Any help advice would be great.

You need to ensure you are on a balanced, proven, weightlifting program and doing the right exercises, and not just wasting your time by doing bicep curls and sitting on the hip abductor machines.
Please go to the workout program forum and check out the "Fierce 5 Novice Routine" sticky. All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

You dont need an outside site, the way to post it in in the post itself when you post a post, it is indeed there for every user.
Get on a novice strength program like mentioned, you need to do some reading and not random stuff in the gym that will spin your wheels. No need to do sit ups (or push ups) as they are largely worthless. There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Well, everyone is different based on the shape and size of their skeleton and muscle attachments...but I'm pretty much the same height as you and in my bodyspace you can see pics of me at 143 (my before pic), 163 (red background pics/avatar), 150 cut (yellow background), and 170 ("bulked"). Maybe this will help you get an idea of how you would look at any of those given weights.
As a useful tool, I'm about the same LBM (136-139) on all those pics except the "Before" picture...in other words, about the same muscle mass, just different body fat percentages.
