Nootropic/Supplement for motivation, focus, and energy

First of all, I think this is the most fitting forum for this but if not please move it to a more appropriate board.

I'm looking for a nootropic or supplement that will give me motivation, focus, and energy. I have minor ADD and am struggling to get the work done that I need to do. I've tried ******** and while it is very effective it has a lot of unwanted side effects that I do not want to deal with, not to mention addictive. Does anyone have experience with nootropics or supplements that really motivate or stimulate them to get chit done in a similar fashion to ******** or other scripts? I would only want/need to take it 2-4 days per week.

I'm looking into phenylpiracetam at the moment but was curious what peoples thoughts here were first. Thanks

Phenylpiracetam is good for 2-3 times a week but not much more, single ingredients that can help are choline sources like CDP Choline and Alpha GPC, AChe inhibitors such as Huperzine A and also worth considering ALCAR

Powder, taken first thing in the morning, helped with the morning workout and the first few hours at work. It might give you a bit of nervous energy so your mileage may vary.

So how did you get on with the phenypiracetam? I'd love to hear your experience/results.

After a LOT of experimentation, I now use a hand-picked combo of lions mane, Bacopa, L-Theanine and caffiene.
I find this works perfect for me and gives me the right balance of alertness and focus. I dont feel too hyped up and have a lot of clarity.

I have found that you can go on forever and the combos are endless, so I am always interested to hear peoples real world experiences of nootropics.
