First of all, I think this is the most fitting forum for this but if not please move it to a more appropriate board.
I'm looking for a nootropic or supplement that will give me motivation, focus, and energy. I have minor ADD and am struggling to get the work done that I need to do. I've tried ******** and while it is very effective it has a lot of unwanted side effects that I do not want to deal with, not to mention addictive. Does anyone have experience with nootropics or supplements that really motivate or stimulate them to get chit done in a similar fashion to ******** or other scripts? I would only want/need to take it 2-4 days per week.
I'm looking into phenylpiracetam at the moment but was curious what peoples thoughts here were first. Thanks

So how did you get on with the phenypiracetam? I'd love to hear your experience/results.
After a LOT of experimentation, I now use a hand-picked combo of lions mane, Bacopa, L-Theanine and caffiene.
I find this works perfect for me and gives me the right balance of alertness and focus. I dont feel too hyped up and have a lot of clarity.
I have found that you can go on forever and the combos are endless, so I am always interested to hear peoples real world experiences of nootropics.
I assume you have already researched nootropics, but here is a great article that I found really useful.

There are some nice all in one combos on ONNIT too.Current stats:

CL Orange Brainwash and MAN Brain Bridge are two great products.
Nothing will compare to ********, so I'd suggest coming to terms with that right out the gates.
I do enjoy Phenylpiracetam quite a bit, but it does come with tolerance issues, which most nootropics don't; most come with added benefits over time/continued use.
If going with a choline source, make sure it's a quality one i.e. Citicoline/Alpha GPC.Squat and Deadlift
