    time to increase calories?

    so its been over a month (and 1 week if i remember correctly) that i stopped using creatine. during creatine i weighted the same as now (161) do you guys think its time to increase or keep waiting atleast another week. (talking because of water weight fromcreatine)

    Water weight from creatine is minimal; 1-3 pounds or so for most. Your daily fluctuations would make it impossible to tell the difference.

    That said, creatine is beneficial and cheap enough to just always take.

    o for sure i know its beneficial but i cannot take it right now due to medical issues. however, i was just wondering because i didn't know if i was in an actual surplus right now because of water. then again, its been 5 weeks since i got out of creatine and still weight the same. so im probably going to increase cals
