    If I drink alcohol tonight will I lose my gains?

    I had a ****ing god tier workout today but want to have a few drinks tonight.
    Ive already eaten a bunch of protien and had a nap since. Will having a few drinks undo all that? I only get one night every 3 weeks that I have a chance to

    OP, additional calories from alcohol, pizzas and burgers won't make you lose muscle by the way. That's not how our body works.

    A few drinks one night is less likely to make you lose your gains, but it'll probably leave you a slight hangover which can make it difficult to workout the next day.
