    does your routine affect your strength?

    hey all,
    so every monday i have a heavy squat day and follow a strict rotuine/ritual on sunday. Every sunday i make sure to follow my diet strictly, sleep early, do little to no physical work, have little to no interaction with people or anyone and not stress myself out too much. I dont know this makes me stronger but ive been following it strictly for 3 years without fail and it gives me comfort.

    My friend is coming to stay over this week and while it wont affect my sleep or my diet (much) i feel that the break in routine/ritual might harm my strength on monday since sunday has not been consistent with the last 3 years.

    What do u guys think? Will my strength suffer too much? I know there wont be any work that would fatigue me or loss of sleep but Ive been following this for the last 3 years striaght I feel that a break in the routine might harm me. Should I find a way out of this?
