Exclamation How to increase bench press

I am 17 and I bench 75 lbs, I have been on and off in the gym over the last month. I bench 6-8 reps for 3 sets. How can I increase my bench faster, and some recommended exercises, please? I am training for strength**

    eh?
    No

    1. OP Don't be inconsistent.
    2. Make sure your program is focused on progressive overload, if it's not get a new program.
    3. Bench more to Bench more.

he said he only does 6-8 reps for sets of 3 and if he does that only for chest it would help to add some addtional volume to increase workload

Disagree, 3 sets for 6 reps should be sufficient for someone benching 75lbs IF he's benching 2-3x a week. (I would recommend 3x).

For someone benching 225 then sure volume might be a reasonable recommendation,
but for a novice struggling, Programming, Diet, Technique all likely need fixing and testing before we jump to volume increases
