nice effort.
im interested to see how the judges appraise these. the rules say....You must get a full range of motion in your push up. Think of bringing your nose to the ground when going down, and when coming up you’re fully extending your arms.
after the 30-35 second mark the arms are clearly not fully extended on the upward motion. not a criticism, just wondering how tightly the rules are going to be enforced. again, nice effort!

Doing this in a minute; will add video some time today. Been awhile since I have done push ups when I think about it, curious to see how many I get. Prediction is 50 or so.
Got 60, but after re-watching the video I'd say 35-40 were within the rules. I'll wait for the judges to determine.

That's cool guys. Can I get an official count though; so I know where we are at?
And I have to question the 45 angle coming down? Did you mean to say 90 degrees maybe? 45 isn't that much and is hardly going down far at all. If I touch my chest/belly to the ground, my elbow will be at 90 or even greater.

Alright boyos. Doing this after my heavy bench work wasn't a great idea. But here it is.
I count 75. That said, I do military style, arms by my sides. Felt like I was extending as far as my form would allow. Video angle could have been better. Will redo if reps ask for more extension. Lemme know!
