But I always keep giving up 3 weeks in, I am a generally lazy person but not really satisfied with my body because I know I can look better. I always imagine myself being fit again being able to see myself in the mirror looking actually ****able when it comes to the body, but the inner devil always comes back and tells me "You don´t really need this" "This is too much work" "This takes too long anyways". But now I want to fight that devil, I am motivated but scared that I will give in again since my self confidence isn´t the best. How do I keep my lazy ass from wanting to give up after 3 weeks? I tried calorie counting and motivation videos but I am just a lazy bum but I WANT to reach my goal finally. Please send help.

You just need to focus on your goal whenever you feel like you don't want to go to the gym. Convince yourself that you DO need it. And have a little patience!

You're either happy with where/what you are or you're not. No one can do it for you. Either you want it enough or you don't. It's a LIFESTYLE not a 3 week, or even 3 month "idea".

I’ve always been like that tbh my main motivation is been single and doing what I like I tend to lose weight when single. I also decided that after my most recent breakup it would be the end of my fat days. Some days I get demotivated from lack of progress and things but it won’t stop me.

Fitness is a lifestyle. You can't achieve it if you are not dedicated. If you want to start over and see great results instantly then try Intermittent fasting. I've been trying this and results are amazing.
