It is mainly ProCyanidin (mainly from Grape Seed Extract and to a lesser extent GTE) derived, it wont be significant or relevant. Catechins, anthocyanidins and anthocyanins are much more inhibitory constituents of Green Tea. Think factors of 10-100x more.

I have quarterly blood tests for an immune disease. Kidney levels are part of the test since my disease can affect them. Every single blood test when I'm on PWO was high. Every single blood test when I had been off PWO was normal. I tried a half dozen brands, stim vs no stim, etc, pattern never changed so I gave up on it completely.

You're probably right that my kidneys are affected by my disease, but PWO definitely pushed them over the edge

White Flood was one of the few pre workouts that just had my endurance at an all time high. I remember logging it and just felt like I could be in the gym forever. I'm definitely excited to give White Flash a run.
