This is everything I ate today
500mL 2% milk
1 scoop whey
2 packs brown sugar oats with 80g oats plain added (166g total)
5 breakfast sausages (not common but had this problem before these few days ago)
Skyr yogurt
180g rice (2 cups)
255g California mix veg
376g boneless skinless chicken breast
2676 cals, 331 carbs, 33 "incomplete protein", 134 complete protein, 75 fats.
My diet is for 3k cals and the rest is a whey shake and probably hard boiled eggs not sure yet...

None of that would effect me, but out of that the only thing I can think of is the dairy or the whey.

How would anyone on an internet forum know that?
Maybe it's a food-borne illness. maybe you're coming down with the flu.No brain, no gain.
