Hello!
I'm a 24 year old guy (around 63kg, 181cm tall), considering my figure as a "skinny fat". I'm struggling with stubborn lower belly fat (in front and on the sides), which I want to get rid off. I used to exercise a lot and eat quite healthy so my body was in better condition but always with some belly fat, which was hard to loose. But because of my travels and bad food I got worse.
I've started to eat healthy and exercise again and it's going very well but my attention was caught by a ketogenic diet. I saw many youtube videos, articles showing amazing results in such a short time. After getting more information I decided to try it and for now I'm on my second day.
I would like to know if in my case, this diet is a good idea to achieve a flat belly and become lean in this area in a short time with excercises like cardio and yoga? I'm also considering doing an intermittent fasting + keto diet.
For better recognition I'm attaching the photos.
I would be grateful for some opinions and information.

You are not skinny fat. You are skinny and untrained. You do not need to lose any more weight (you are right at 6' tall and weigh 138 pounds!) You can't spot-reduce the VERY SMALL amount of fat on your lower abs and to try to drop more weight is just dumb.
You need to eat to gain no more than two pounds a MONTH and start lifting NOW on a good full body (3 days a week) weight program built around the big-boy compound lifts) and add some mass.
