    Heart rate for LISS cardio

My heart rate has been around 73% of my MHR when doing my LISS cardio. After some reading online, many people suggest as low as 60%!

What do you guys go by and why? I know there is a fine line between "low" intensity and "medium" but I legit wouldn't feel anything if I were to go as low as 60%. Especially at this point of prep (5 weeks out) when I am in very good cardiovascular shape.
