Howdy Y'all, so I get y'all are probably tired of these posts but I could really use some advice. I have been lifting weights for about 2 years, though the first year was a total flop. My stats atm are:
Male
20 yo
6'2
154-158 lbs
10-13% body fat (according to biometric scale)
I recently cut down from 195 pounds and am just looking for some direction; while I look much better than I did, I still think I have some fat to lose (I do have some history of an eating disorder though, so don't know if Im the best judge). From getting too many comments that I look too thin and binging too much, I decided to end my cut and start eating at maintenance (2400 - 2800 depending on activity level). Ever since starting to eat at maintenance I feel softer, though my weight has only increased by a few pounds at most.
Anyways, I have attached a few pictures (one flexed, one not flexed) (ignore the face) taken moments before this post, and was hoping to ask two things. I would appreciate any advice I can get, Thanks.
1) What would you estimate my bf percentage at?
2) Would you recommend cut of bulk?
