Hi everyone! I just recently hit a breaking point with my unhealthy lifestyle. Alcohol, depression, etc. Got mad and said "**** THAT!" and I'm making exercise and nutrition my new hobby/lifestyle. The profile pic is me about 8 years ago. This is me now.
