Can't have a MT baking thread without me posting one of my favorite
things I baked with probably one of the most unique and perfectly nailed
flavors of protein in 2017 Funnel Cake.
Ingredients
1- 3/4 cup of My Protein Oat Powder
2- 2 70cc scoops of MT Funnel Cake Whey
3- 1 tbs of coconut flour
4- 1/2 cup of unsweetened flaked coconut
5- 1/4 cup of chopped roasted almonds
6- 1/2 of a 1.65oz bar of 72% dark cacao cut into tiny pieces (Trader Joe Brand)
7- 1 banana mashed into a liquid in a separate bowl then add to the batter (this is for texture not flavor)
8- 2 egg whites
9- 3 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
10- 2 tbs of liquid almond extract (a must ingredient)
11- 2-3 oz of unsweetened almond milk
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients and then add the wet and combine thoroughly then pour
the batter into a 8in round baking pan that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Place the
pan into 325 degree preheated oven for about 20-22 min and it will be done quick because this has
NO baking soda or powder because you don't want this to rise. This will be a very compact mix of
ingredients which will have a tart like texture and it won't be that moist like a cake but it will be
immensely flavorful.

Here are some muffins that i made a little while back, turned out really good
Recipe
-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 cup flour (almond preferably, regular works fine)
-1/2 cup nut butter, smooth (almond preferably)
-1 cup unsweetened applesauce, or 4 eggs
-1/2 cup chocolate chips
Mix up dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix up the eggs (or applesauce) and nut butter. Combine the two, and mix well. Stir in choc chips. Add to greased muffin tray...bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 mins.
Then there is this mug cake that i occasionally make, not really baking though because i just make it in the microwave...but here is the recipe anyways
Protein Mug Cake
-1 scoop protein powder
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1tbsp Flour
-1tbsp sweetener (optional)
-1 large egg
-1/2 cup milk
-1/4 tsp vanilla extract
-top with choc chips (optional)
Mix Dry ingredients together, add egg...mix it up. Add milk and vanilla, mix up some more. Microwave till center is cooked.Last edited by dubbwebb; 04-05-2018 at 08:12 PM.

If you are on a deep cut diet then I'd advise you to BEWARE of this thread
Butter Pecan Frosted Protein Muffins
Ingredients
1- 1/2 cup of My Protein Oat Powder
2- 3/4 tsp of baking powder
3- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
4- 1 1/2 scoops of Butter Pecan Impact Whey
5- 1/4 cup of roasted pecan pieces
6- 2 tbs of Chia Seeds
7- 1 tsp of Liquid maple extract
8- 2 egg whites
9- 2 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
10-2 oz of unsweetened almond milk
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl then add the wet and combine thoroughly then spoon the batter
into a 6 muffin pan that has been coated with nonstick spray. Fill the cups up only 1/2 way then drop
1/2 tsp of Cookie Butter (Trader Joe Brand) onto the batter then cover the cookie butter with the
remaining batter. Place the pan into a 325 degree preheated oven for about 20 min and when done
remove and let cool completely before frosting.
Frosting- In a bowl add 1 scoop of the Butter Pecan Whey then add a few drops of water and stir
briskly until you get a thick consistency. If you want the frosting very thick then add like a tbs of a
vanilla protein that has some form of casein to the Butter Pecan Whey and it will make it thicker.
Spread the frosting all over the muffins and garnish with a pecan.

🍫🍫🍫
MuscleTech Protein Balls
**Inspired by InfraRen, tweaked the ingredients a wee bit**
Ingredients:
★1 cup of oats
★Dash of cinnamon
★1 scoop of MuscleTech's NitroTech Chocolate Supreme Casein Gold
★1 tsp of vanilla extract
★25g of honey
★59g of cashew butter (or any type of nut butter)

★1/2 cup of unsweetened cashew milk (or any type of milk)
Mix-in options:
★Coconut flakes or chocolate chips
Instructions:
★Pour the oats, honey, and cashew butter in a bowl.
