I am a 16 year old 6' 162lbs male. I really need to increase my strength but also to have a proportionate body. What ı mean with proportionate is that a good upper chest, side and rear delts, calves and so on. I dont need to learn better form as my form is perfect but ı am not strong. My stats are 155lbs bench, 200lbs squat, 220lbs deadlift and 110lbs OHP. Any program recommendations for overall body development and strength (mainly strength)?

Don't worry about "proportions." That's all about nutrition. Eat good and eat a lot. You need to gain a lot of weight. I would aim for 242 to start.
Read this thread and select any program you see you think you can stick with for at least the next year consistently.

Over the next year add more volume as you progress.
At 16 if you can do that consistantly year after year you'll be getting near that 242 mark by the time you're around 20 looking thick AF and damn strong.Last edited by Jason2459; 04-04-2018 at 07:07 PM.
